The "Point of Decision" methodology is our flagship methodology - however, we are not adverse to taking research out of the sales environment. We find "ethnographies" to be a useful add-on to product development, refinement and blue sky thinking sessions. Some our most useful findings for product development have come from pairing point of purchase decisions with research derived from research outside the purchase decision.
